Scope and Application

This warranty statement applies to refurbished desktop computer systems and individual components purchased directly from Replay Consoles and is offered to the original purchaser only.

For new computer systems purchased directly from Replay Consoles and shipped to a domestic U.S. address, please see our Standard Limited Warranty Statement for additional information.
For refurbished and open-box computer systems purchased directly from a retailer, such as BestBuy, Amazon, Costco, etc., please contact the retailer directly for details and inquiries.

Standard Limited Warranty

Replay Consoles warrants this product and its parts to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified in the applicable warranty included with the purchase from the original date of invoice. During this period, Replay Consoles will replace defective parts with like or equivalent parts, at Replay Consoles option and dependent on item availability, without charge for parts (additional charges may apply). All original parts replaced by Replay Consoles or its authorized service centers become the property of Replay Consoles. All components by Replay Consoles will be covered under warranty for the remaining period of warranty or for no less than 30 days after the repair invoice date. You are responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.

Replay Consoles makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below. Replay Consoles makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided below, Replay Consoles is not liable for any loss, cost, loss of work, loss of data, expense, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall Replay Consoles be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.

Replay Consoles is a distributor only. Products sold by Replay Consoles are not manufactured by Replay Consoles. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any) even beyond the length of Replay Consoles warranty. Replay Consoles assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and the Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.

In the normal course of repairs, it is necessary at times to reformat or replace drives that may contain personal data. Reformatting drives will essentially remove all data and program files from the drive. Should a drive be inaccessible or have failed, the data and files cannot be retrieved, and the drive will be replaced. If a drive has corrupted files, it may be necessary to repartition and/or reformat the drive. Replay Consoles will attempt to contact you prior to performing this task in case you prefer to have the drive returned in order to send the drive to a data recovery service. At the time the RMA number is issued, Replay Consoles will ask for your authorization in advance to repartition/reformat the drive and record that response in the RMA record to avoid further contact delays. Replay Consoles will not be responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:

This warranty extends only to products purchased directly from Replay Consoles and is effective only if the products are purchased for use within the continental U.S. and Hawaii (i.e., within the USA, including the contiguous 48 States, Alaska, and Hawaii).
You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
This warranty covers only normal use of the computer.

Additional conditions:

In the event that your computer system or component is returned to Replay Consoles for repair or replacement, should no defect in materials or workmanship be found, or if no problem is found as reported, you may be subject to return shipping and/or current labor charges.
No compensation or warranty extensions will be granted for normal warranty repairs or replacements. No compensation or warranty extensions will be granted for any delays in returning a repaired computer or replacement parts.
Replay Consoles or any of its Authorized Service Centers accept no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to Replay Consoles, its dealers, distributors, resellers, or Authorized Service Centers.
All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non-Replay Consoles software vendor’s terms and conditions provided with the packages.
Replay Consoles makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party (non-Replay Consoles) software.
If you receive the shipment with incorrect or missing components, you must notify Replay Consoles within 10 business days of receipt.


What this warranty does NOT cover:

  • Any damages to the components, hardware, and/or assembly of the products, including but not limited to damages caused as a result of neglect, abuse, accidents, misuse, natural disaster; or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress (including that due to uninterrupted use of the products, or use of the products for blockchain processing, cryptocurrency mining, or similar purposes).
  • Products that are modified outside of factory specifications and/or not in factory condition.
  • Products with modification to the serial number and/or factory identification labels whether removed, relocated, falsified, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
  • Damages to PCB (Printed Circuit Board) whether cut, scratched, warped, bent, cracked, dented, or broken.
  • Any missing or removed hardware, components, and/or assemblies of the Product.
  • Cosmetic damages deemed outside of reasonable usage caused by deep scratches, cuts, cracks, dents, discoloration, neglect, dropping, or mishandling the product.
  • Products that are exposed to liquid, liquid residue, or excessive environments resulting in rust, moisture, dampness, stains, corrosion, or liquid spills on components, hardware, or electronics. Burns or component flare-ups as a result of a liquid accident or spill.
  • Exposure to excessive cigarette or other tar residue, dampness, sand, dust, or excessive debris.
  • Products that are rendered non-functional due to an accident, collision with an object or tool, use of excessive force, neglect for care, exposure to fire or abnormal heat, flooding, dirt, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, excessive weather conditions, or other acts of God, theft, blown fuses, improper use of any electrical source, or overloaded electrical circuits.
  • Products that are rendered non-functional due to roach or other infestations. In such cases when an infestation is discovered, all action will cease, the computer will immediately be sealed with a plastic bag, and the computer or component will be returned to the customer as-is. Extermination and/or cleaning of any infestation will not be the responsibility of Replay Consoles. Any components, such as a power supply, will not be covered under warranty if damaged by the infestation and may not be returned to Replay Consoles for replacement.
  • Defects or damage resulting from the use of a third-party product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, software, or secondary peripheral equipment not furnished for use with or approved for the product by Replay Consoles.
  • Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation service, adjustment, or overclocking not provided or approved by Replay Consoles.
  • The use of inadequate shipment packaging or use of inadequate packing material resulting in damages to the product while in transit back to Replay Consoles.
  • The overall warranty is not voided by changes to the BIOS or firmware of components, or using software to modify the behavior or performance of a part. However, if the modifications cause damage to or lead to the failure of any part of the computer, then the warranty may be voided.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers or marketplace websites. If you are unsure of whether a reseller is an Authorized Reseller, please contact Replay Consoles for confirmation.
  • Support and costs involved to install or configure the product for any third-party software application or hardware device, or network

– 5-Year Extended Warranty:

Extended Product Protection Plan
Replay Consoles partners with Extend, a third-party service provider, to offer extended protection plans. These plans cover defects and failures beyond the standard warranty period.
