Scope and Application
This Return Policy applies to new gaming consoles purchased directly from Replay Consoles Shop and is offered to the original purchaser who has shipped to a domestic U.S. address.
For gaming consoles purchased directly from Replay Consoles Shop and shipped outside the U.S., e.g., APO/FPO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, please refer to our International Return Policy below for additional information and conditions.
For gaming consoles purchased directly from a retailer, such as BestBuy, Amazon, Walmart, etc., the return policy conditions below are not applicable. Please contact the store from which your product was purchased. The policy conditions below regarding returns for repair are still applicable.
Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
Replay Consoles Shop is confident that you will be completely satisfied with your gaming console purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer you the option to return most products purchased directly from Replay Consoles Shop. For all purchases not made directly from Replay Consoles Shop, please check the return policy of the retailer where you purchased your product.

Money-Back Guarantee Conditions and Exclusions
- The money-back guarantee does not apply to gaming consoles purchased directly from a retailer or third-party sellers. No exceptions.
- This guarantee is only available to the original purchaser and will be credited back to the original payment method. Any items not returned will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The guarantee does not cover shipping, handling, or rush service fees. It does not apply to opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or custom-made products.
- Custom products, such as consoles with custom skins or modifications made by Replay Consoles Shop, may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted. Products modified by the customer will not be accepted.
- Items damaged, neglected, or altered by the customer (e.g., “void if removed” stickers removed) cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price of the gaming console.
- Software cannot be returned unless it is unopened or installed by Replay Consoles Shop on a returnable system being returned within the applicable period.
- For Colorado and Minnesota customers, certain delivery fees are non-refundable (see local state policies for details).
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees will apply within the first 30 days from the purchase date.
- Returns for refunds after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refund requests beyond 30 days require management approval and cannot be approved after 45 days from delivery.
Promotional Items
- If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item, or gift card, Replay Consoles Shop may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item, or redeemed card from your refund.
- If you return an item that qualified you for “Free Shipping” promotion, a $75 deduction for the shipping discount will be made from your refund.
Procedures for Warranty Service
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy: All returns require prior approval by Replay Consoles Shop and an RMA number before sending products back to our facility. We will verify warranty status and determine if the product is covered under warranty.
- Shipping costs for returns are the sender’s responsibility, and Replay Consoles Shop recommends shipping insurance to protect against damage or loss.
- We will cover shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements within the U.S. but will not cover return shipping costs from outside the U.S.
- No COD packages will be accepted.
Types of RMA Returns
- Refund RMA: Issued for returns for a full or partial refund.
- Repair RMA: Issued for repairs of defective systems.
- Normal RMA Parts Exchange: For defective components exchanged directly under warranty.
- Advance RMA Parts Exchange: For defective parts replaced before returning the defective item.
International Return Policy
- The International Return Policy applies to new gaming consoles purchased directly from Replay Consoles Shop and shipped outside the U.S.
- Return shipping costs from outside the U.S. are the customer’s responsibility, and Replay Consoles Shop will not provide return shipping labels for international addresses (e.g., APO/FPO, Canada, Puerto Rico).
- All costs on Replay Consoles Shop are in USD. Payments, credits, and refunds will be made in USD, and Replay Consoles Shop does not perform any currency conversions.

- For warranty or technical issues, please contact our technical support team. For other inquiries (e.g., parts swaps, billing, shipment issues), please reach out to our customer service department.
- Please back up any personal data from your console before returning it. Replay Consoles Shop is not responsible for lost data or personal information.
- Ensure your return package is well-packed to avoid shipping damage. We recommend using the original packaging or similar protection.
